How do I make a reservation?
Contact our Reservations Team. The reservations team will be able to confirm availability and rates directly. You can contact us at:

Once you have given your reservation details to the Maryam Furnished representative, a contract will be sent requiring you to complete with payment details. You will then receive your confirmation with directions, receipt and instructions for your arrival.
Can I get a lower rate if I stay longer?
Yes, we provide 2 rate categories, 1-6 months and 6+ months.
What is the cancellation policy?
Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the arrival date, Maryam Furnished requires fourteen (14) days notice to avoid penalty. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $500.
What is the check-in & check -out time?
Check -in 3 PM and check-out 11 AM
What method of payment is accepted?
- We do not accept personal cheques, certified cheques, bank drafts, or remote/telephone credit card authorizations.
- Accepted forms of payment are:
- Direct deposit / wire transfer
- Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian residents)
- Credit card – cardholder must be present at the time of payment
